Education and Evangelization Committee

The Education and Evangelization Committee works to help Emmanuel members to deepen their faith, and to share the Good News of God’s love for us in Jesus Christ with the broader community.

Our activities include Sunday School and children’s choir, adult education programs such as Adult Forum, Bible Study, and adult education classes made available to the broader community via the internet, and promoting experiences of contemplative prayer, such as a contemplative service the first Sunday afternoon of each month.

We also offer Summer Enrichment Experience (SEE), a weeklong day camp for Cumberland students entering 3rd through 5th grades, who learn about storytelling, art, history, nature, and music free of charge.
